  1. I volunteer my time helping my local supermarket by clearing the carpark and surrounding streets of trolleys and returning them inside the store.

  2. Iam a Aged Nurse and I have a resident where I work that I give a head massage to and brush her hair because she loves it…… I love that and I pass this on….she absolutely loves this and we talk and laugh during this process….she is a beautiful human without alot of touch and i believe everyone deserves touch like this….especially when you are old with no one……..i love just giving xoxoxoxo

  3. I recently was at a shopping center and an elderly man was purchasing donuts , I quietly asked the cashier to take my card and paid for them..when the man went to pay for them he was informed they had been paid for ..His reaction made my day and stays with me still

  4. I crochet rugs for old people residing in care homes. I feel it might brighten the day for someone.
I also distribute “crochet random acts of kindness” hearts, worry worms and butterflies. When people find these it brings happiness that someone cares.
