My sister wanted to sit next to me at the dinner table today.
I had a high five
I’m writing to log a Random Act of Kindness that I received today. I was in a shop today, and the shop staff member could see I was upset. She very kindly checked in, and offered me “some tissues, a hug or both” … And indeed, both were precisely what I needed. I’ll always hold gratitude for her Act of Kindness 🫶
Today I am volunteering at The Cancer Council Tasmania raising awareness of how this organisation can help people with cancer. I will guide people and listen to them as they talk about their journey
I am knitting throw rugs to give to elderly residents of a nursing home at Christmas, for those that don’t have family to visit
