I let the woman next to me use my bonus card to get discounts at the grocery store because she forgot hers.
I asked someone if they needed help when they looked lost and gave them directions because they were.
Saw a lady struggling as she was exiting a store on Black Friday. She could hardly stand and was breathing hard. She had a cart with several packages. I assisted her to the parking lot and waited with her until her husband picked her up. I made sure the cart got back to the store.
I sent an email to thank the very helpful retail assistant who price matched shoes for me and express posted them.
