The elementary school that my son goes to, and I also work at, has an agel tree. This year we had OVER 100 tags on it!! My sweet 8 year old came home and was so excited to go pick a tag. As of 2 days ago there were still 100, so he and I went and picked 2 more tags yesterday! He was so excited to help me wrap them so we can take them back to the school to get ready to be delivered!! I love watching my kids with the desire to serve others and do kind things for them!
Our son died January 7, 2017, while serving his country. My neighbors showed up and helped in ways I am so grateful for. From meals, flowers, cards, words of kindness and a whole lot more. These acts helped us get through one of the hardest events our life. Today, one couple offers hugs on demand! They have really been a life saver.
I always share all my boxes that I get to others who are not lucky enough to buy one. I make boxes filled with mixed goodies and when they open their faces are priceless! Happiness!
Be kind to animals.
I try and do something almost every day. I might buy someone’s meal or coffee with out them knowing… I love to go to the grocery store and smile and help people. There are so many people that either need help or just want to chat with someone friendly.
I believe in doing kind things and not telling everyone. Kind acts are for you… not for you to brag about how great you are because you did something nice today…. but since you want people to do this… okay! There are so many kind people in thus world!
