Today I am launching my new business website.
It may not seem an act of kindness at first but after many years battling anxiety that had me house bound
to a large degree, I lost the best little mate I had in my dog Boof and spent a lot of time thinking about what made him the happiest, most loyal, kind creature I ever met. I decided I wanted to be like that and faced a great many fears to find help and now in turn can offer help to others through my business.
I never thought being kind to myself would end up helping so many others.
I feel like the luckiest person I know today and so privileged to find myself able to do something so important and help people remember even when things are tough, really tough, by being kind to themselves and others,,,they’re not done yet!

Setup a Gofundme account to donate $800 to a kind lady affected by Covid, that needs funding to purchase a sewing machine to start a small business to feed her family.
Packed up a bunch of boxes of household items/clothing to donate to a local establishment.
Volunteer at RMHC
Gave my local 7-11 some extra monety when buying my lunch to buy coffees for those after me until it ran out.
