Was an unexpected but lovely encounter that made us both feel lighter & 'seen' despite what could have been quite disasterous.
I called a friend that I thought may want to talk about some challenges they were going through. Made sure I re-contact them after a period to check-in and let them know I am always available + will continue to be in contact (so they don’t need to call for help themselves)
