I just got back from volunteering in Thailand with Soi Dog Foundation and the Govt. Dog Pound in Phuket. Helping to care for the rescued street dogs and cats. People come from all over the world to help out where needed and its a wonderful experience I intend to repeat again.

Saying thank you to a colleague for a job well done
My husband struggles with his present job. He has hard a hard life as a child , teenager and young man , abuse jail etc . Today he received news of not only one , but two job interviews that could project his current career.
I told him , that he makes me so proud of his hard work .
I was getting a coffee in Bermagui and ended up volunteering in the Bermagui bush fire relief centre for a week with my mother.
Loading in semi-trailers from a Saturday night till 10.30 pm from good-hearted people wanting to help others in need that lost everything, My week in helping was amazing and gave me great satisfaction knowing I could help others while they were in the worst situation ever.
