I bought a homeless man and his puppy a hot cappucino and double-choc brownie. It felt so good to be able to express kindness through giving. x
Grateful and thankful for the new office maid, who keeps the office clean at all times. She uses a cleaning sprayer which smell so so good and I named it ‘The Perfume of Kindness’! And she prepares me hot and sweet coffee twice a day when Im in office 😊
Someone on Facebook said that they are experiencing anxiety and depression which leads to self-harm ideas and suicidal ideation. Offered to talk to him whenever he is ready and remind him about self-worth and NO ONE IS WORTHLESS

During the 2020 covid pandemic i organised a random act of kindness challenge for my team at work throughout the month of may. we had to be sneaky and secret, and deliver our RAKchallenge without our person finding out who gave it to them. very challenging (and fun!) given working from home requirements and the like
