Someone dropped there wallet on the ground on the street and I thoughtfully picked it up for them.
My beautiful friend Gaylene kindly made cafe bags for her neighbours. She filled them with love, lemons, mandarines and slices with a card of kindness at this time during Lockdown 2.0 in Melbourne, Australia.
She delivered each and was greeted by grateful neighbours. During her drop offs she discovered that her neighbours husband had passed away so they shared a tear together.
I was so impressed by her kindness for others. 💕
I was in the Nike store buyin myself & family some shoes, 6ft in front of me a little girl was with her mother & she has lost her bag of new earrings. The mother called the store & they weren’t there so I gave the little girl (8-10 yrs old)$5.00 to buy herself a new pair.. She started cryin and thanked me so did the mother. I was a single mother of a precious innocent little girl & I know how accidents happen & I didn’t want her mom to feel bad if she couldn’t afford to buy her another pair OR punish her by not letting her get anymore She had her own money to get herself some new ones to be pretty! Girls are soo mean so if she needed them to look beautiful one day hopefully the mean girls wouldn’t said anything to her that day-Maybe she would receive a compliment AS ALL LITTLE GIRLS DESERVE!🥰🤩
So, this is the story of helping someone across the road! I saw an elderly lady moving very slowly with her walking frame just starting to cross the road, very nervously as there was never a long enough gap in the traffic. She said she didn’t need help, but just taking the time to walk next to her, chatting for the 90 seconds or so it took to cross to ensure the traffic stopped, lightened my day, and I hope hers 🙂
