  1. I will give free boxing lessons to anyone that’s interested to promote fitness and health during this pandemic.

  2. Always encourage people when they are sad, not happy, emotional, try to help them feel better and will have a coffee with them, share a cake, let them think of good things of life.

  3. I signed up to the Letter Box program on Connected AU. This is a national project sending hand written letters to people isolated and lonely, with a focus on senior Australians, people with disabilities, chronic health conditions and people living alone.
