    OUR HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY:
    – Gave a homeless a compliment about his singing skills, he smiled back and showed his bank account with money for the month
    – Actively listened to a veteran about his war stories and his mental health struggles with PTSD and the importance of self love. He was about to give up on his therapy, as he already had 22 psychologists, but we encouraged him not to give up on himself and keep seeking for help
    – Made a woman smile at Woolworths with a poster that said “SMILE, You’re beautiful!”

  2. I decided to write a letter of appreciation to the coffee shop (Workshop at Town Hall) I’d been going to for years but recently had to stop going to as KBS changed locations to Martin Place.

The staff were happy to see me and happy to receive the letter!

  3. We walked around the city and talked to random people asking them about their life, how’s everything going, gave them compliments and thanked them for their service.

  4. As part of Kindness week at Kaplan Business School Sydney, we helped a lovely homeless person, named Lina, by buying her coffee and sandwich, then she told us how she need a ride to get to her housing place but didn’t know how to get there. So we offered her an Uber ride and helped load her belongings into the car. She told us how it was hard for her as all she had was taken away from her. It was really rewarding when she mentioned the act of kindness like this is the one that helped her stay alive.

  5. We said “hello” and “have a good day” to people walking by on the street, some of them turned back to us with a big smile on their face and said “have a good day” back to us.
We saw a car that belongs to a company and we google it and found out it is an award winning marketing agency (Humble Production) and we sticked an inspirational post-it note on the car
