I asked my mate if he was okay because he seemed a bit off and i said if you ever need to talk im always here for you and ever since he has always come to me if he needed help.

My best person actively asked me if I wanted to talk about how unwell my Mum is, and how it’s effecting me. He was kind enough to make a safe space in our busy day for me to think about all that is happening, and to express it.
