My girlfriend had to move out of her home immediately because her daughters boyfriend was threatening their lives. I gave her $500 to get storage, and other moving costs to get them out of that place
I am a police officer and made a call of a single car accident. It was a family of 4 and they had wrecked the only thing they possessed, the minivan. They did not own a home but lived out of their car. The tire was ripped off the front and was not only not driveable but not repairable. I took the car to a local body shop to see if they could fix it at a low cost. I then pilled the family in my police car took them to a hotel and I paid out of my own pocket for them to stay a week in the hotel. I then went to McDonalds ordered a ton of food (which was donated after I told them why I was ordering so much) and took the family food.
I pick up girls at a local drug and alcohol rehab and take them to AA meetings on a weekly basis! I love ny time with them – I think I benefit more than they do!
Bought lunch for one of my residents 💞
Bought an elderly person’s breakfast this morning while paying/picking up my breakfast carry out from a local diner.
