2 weeks ago i wasin the bagel store near my house and a woman was paying for her breakfast with a credit card. They told her that the credit card machine was broken. She didn’t have cash so I paid for her breakfast. It felt good to help a stranger.
A women on facebook posted that her father lost his home and everything he owned in the paridise fire and she was trying to raise money for him by selling candles and different things. I bought a couple candles from her. It didn’t feel like enough but I wanted to do something!
There was a lady standing outside McDonalds try to get money for a cup of coffee. She is homeless and I see her around a lot. I told her to come with me and I bought her a hot breakfast and a cup of coffee. She was so grateful and it made me feel really good. I was always told you do good you get good.
The young man in front of me at the grocery store didn’t have enough to pay for his lunch so I paid the difference. The young cashier said I renewed his Faith in people. I was just glad I was able to help.
Today as I was leaving Walgreens a homeless man asked me if I had any change for some food. I immediately gave him the 1st bill I came to in my wallet it was only 10.00 but hopefully he was to get a warm meal.
