  1. I am 100% disabled and walk with a cane or a walker. One day my husband was buying gas and I noticed an elderly gentleman TRYING WITH GREAT DIFFICULTY to maneuver with one old, taped together crutch. I walked over to him and gave him my cane. He didn’t speak English, but the tears of gratitude running down his face knew no language barrier. He hugged me for THE LONGEST TIME. When I got back in my car I thought “What if that were Jesus?” My husband just smiled & said “Let’s go get you a cane.” I love that he understood that I HAD TO DO THAT.

  2. My co-workers car recently broke down downtown in our city. His car stopped in front of someone’s home who realized he was having problems. Not only did she offer her driveway for his car for the rest of the day, but she also drove him to work so he wouldn’t be late. She was a perfect stranger to him and made me realize the impact one can have by helping someone in need, even if it’s just for a ride.

  3. My husband and I have done a couple things to pay it forward
For Christmas one year we took money out that we would have spent on gifts and gave it to homeless men and women on the street Christmas Day.
The second thing we have done on more then a few occasions is to pay for cars ahead of us st Tim Horton’s there order
It feels good and makes my heart fill and feel the true meaning of love and kindness
    Thank you ☺️

  4. I was at walmart and helped a elder man, to get to his car with his groceries, then helped him put it in his car.He was in his late 70 and it broke my heart. He was very thankful and I was so happy to have helped him. I hope more people are kind to elders.Because we will all be old one day. And I can only hope that more people think the way I do.
