I am a volunteer Sunday School teacher for fourth graders and love it!
Our act of kindness tonight was we went Christmas shopping for a little girl. Who is a foster child with no parents of her own to get gifts for her. My family and I just want her to have a good Christmas 💜
Volunteered doing clerical services while my son was at cathecism
My 19 month old nephew passed away in his sleep 3 years ago. Ever since then I try to do an act of kindness at the very least once a week. Also everytime I drive through a fastfood line, I purchase the food for the person who is in line behind me. I know I will drive off before them, which I like because I don’t want to be thanked. Also, my son and I will take sticky notes, and write positive messages on them. For example “You are awesome” or something and then stuck them in random places. We have stuck them on cars, shelves in grocery stores, gas pumps, anywhere. That is fun, because you don’t want to be seen doing it. The more acts of kindness you do, the easier it gets, then it becomes a habit. Be a flashlight and brighten someones day!
The town of Paradise was devasted from the Camp Fire in Northern California. A local business had a toy drive to help those children who lost everything have a little joy this Christmas. I told my kids that one of their Christmas gifts this year would be a toy for one of those children. They were loved the idea and are hoping they make 5 little ones smile this Christmas ❤️.
