  1. I’m visiting my parents and was taking my dad to have a CT scan on the way we passed a man sitting on the ground with a small bag, a pillow and his whole life’s possessions around him. He had a pair of gloves on the ground with some coins sitting on them. I only had a few coins in my purse amounting to $2 and I thought what good could only such a small amount do as placed it on the palm of the glove on the ground. I realised that to me it was only $2 but to this man it could make the difference between a cup of coffee to warm him up in the cool winter day, a phone call from a pay phone to a family member he hasn’t connected with in years or just knowing someone cared enough to do a very small act of kindness.

  2. An elderly couple was having a hard time opening up the mans walker. The legs were twisted up. I stopped and figured out how to get it open for him. His voice sounded just like my Dads who I lost last year 💗
