  1. My wife knew that I was tired so she changed my daughter’s dirty nappy when I woke so I didn’t have to. The same morning we discovered our dog had an upset stomach and had destroyed the laundry with wall-to-wall runny poo. I “gloved up” and cleaned it up so she wouldn’t have to see it, smell it or touch it. Love and kindness wrapped into one;)

  2. My friend is going through some mental issues.
    Her mum is dying in England and can’t be with her.
    I call her every day to make sure she is ok and I am going to take her out for breakfast on Sunday

  3. Someone whom we know barely, delivered us a almost brand new, expensive, electric piano to our kids. I am grateful for a lot of my friends who have done something similar, but this is the most recent experience of kindness.

  4. Volunteering for share the dignity charity. Collecting and distributing pads and tampons and other essential items to women experiencing homelessness or a period of crisis
