I was walking my dog with my daughter and walked passed an elderly couple who had arrived home from a trip. They had lots of luggage and extremely steep stairs to climb and were using walking sticks as support. My daughter and I carried their luggage up into their home doing a couple of trips. They were so grateful!
I will be going to my friend’s house to help him garden tomorrow, 13th November 2020.
Gave CPR on Monday 8th November 2021 until paramedics arrived about 15mins. A woman collapsed outside my workplace due to a cardio blockage. She is now in hospital. Paramedics said only 10% of CPR incidents result in the patient breathing again.
I volunteered and assisted to deliver bags for Share the Dignity
It was a couple of years ago, a guy whom I knew at the gym was struggling with his wife's brain tumour sickness and all the struggles that go with it. I organised a dinner voucher for them from a leading radio station and had it left for him at the reception desk, of course I did not put my name to it. I hoped it brought a little bit of joy to both of them.
