  1. First catch up with 6 good friends this evening. Having been in Melbourne lockdown for well over 3 months – first round of drinks is on me!

  2. As my husband and I walked to our car after buying groceries we noticed an elderly woman wandering around the parking lot as if she were lost. We asked her if she needed help and she stated that she could not find her car. All she knew was that it was white and her dog was in the car. I stayed with the woman while my husband drove up and down every row checking all of the white cars for one with a dog in it. After about half an hour he located her car on the opposite side of the parking lot from where she thought it was. We drove her over to her car and watched as she looked in the window and said, “There’s my dog!” while successfully unlocking her car. Before getting into her car, she turned and introduced herself to us, thanked us for helping her, and said that she hoped we would never have to help her again. I assured her that we would be happy to help her anytime she needed it.

  3. I checked in with my son and partner. They got stuck in Abu Dhabi on the way back home to Germany after visiting us in Australia over Christmas.

  4. Posting and sharing positive comments on social media is a great way to spread Kindness, small acts can go a long way.

You just never know what another person is going through so my family and I try to reach out often.

Anything from feeding the homeless and bringing them blankets to giving a compliment or smile to a stranger.

Remember to share Kindness with people in your family and those you work with, as well.
