  1. Talking to a child who had been bullied and telling them they were worthwhile. Giving them encouragement.

  2. Collected conical shells from my favourite beach and made a shell orb to give to a psychologist who helped me immensely. She also had a connection with the ocean and when I’m there I think of her and her care and support when times were tough. I wanted to surprise her with a meaningful gift to thank her and let her know the positive impact she has had on my healing and how grateful I am.

  3. Recently I went to a Psychological First Aid workshop in Nymboida, which was run by the NSW disaster recovery fund. I sat next to Sarah who lost her home in the 2019/2020 fires, and only the previous day she had received her home in a box. It occurred to me that the excess tiles I had left over, that I was going to sell, may be if use to her. She has accepted my offer and is going to tile her kitchen floor ‍♂️ While I’m a single and ran out of money to finish our house,, we are in and it feels so good to support Sarah have a roof over her and her children’s head,
