Just last week I was fortunate enough to pay for an elderly couples parking at the hospital when they couldn’t work out how to use their card with the machine. I went to help them after paying for my own parking in the neighbouring machine, and realised they were struggling and decided to tap away and grab their parking fee for them. The man was so grateful, it was a wonderful feeling to put a smile on his face!
