The Ramsgate RSL team were proud to recently build 3 prosthetic hands which have been donated to amputee landmine victims in Cotabato, Philippines.

I noticed an old lady struggling to get a basket from the shops because it was stuck so I stepped in and helped her. I then collected my nephew from school and he was upset because kids had told him that he was too white to be aboriginal so explained to him that colour doesn’t matter and that people shouldn’t judge a book by its cover
When I'm in line at the supermarket check-out with my full trolley and the person behind me only has a few items, I always offer them my place in the queue
