My local coffee shop has set up a tab so you can shout a coffee for emergency service and health workers! Chipped in one yesterday when I bought myself one!
When I was out on a walk this afternoon, I had the opportunity to do a small act of kindness when I saw two pups inside the window of a house, trying to push the screen open to get outside. As I walked past them, they succeeded and jumped out the window! I called their owner, then sat with them to ensure their safety while we waited for him to arrive.
Kruiz cleaned the house for his mum when she went out.
One of my friend’s is currently a single mom in law school. Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday I babysit her children while she is taking classes at night. They are with me until her mother gets off work and comes to pick them up. We do fun things like play games and build projects. They lost their other mother over a year ago.
