My team and I ordered Chick Fil-A for lunch last week, and we accidentally received an extra sandwich that we had not ordered. Rather than keeping it, I handed it to a homeless woman on my walk home. Her eyes lit up, and she was so appreciative. She ate it immediately.
At the woolies check outs & noticed an elderly lady struggling to lift all of her shopping onto the conveyor. I stoped and helped her put it all on, pick up all her bags into her trolly and then to her car and everything into her car. Turns out she had only just got out of hospital the day before after spending 8 months there for cancer treatment! She was so sweet, and drove the most badass red commodore with personalised plates. Go Helen 🙌🏼
My friend is taking an exam for her new job to secure her official start date and I messaged her first thing this morning offering words of encouragement and positive affirmations!
