Paid for someone’s petrol who looked like they weren’t having a good day (didn’t look too happy while filling up). Drove off before they realised what I had done but next time I’ll be sure to just say “hey, how are you, can I do a random act of kindness and contribute to your petrol today? Be sure to pay it forward”. But hey 🙂
I was on holidays in New York buying some stuff at a convenience store when a homeless man walked in to buy some snacks. He pulled out lots of coins to pay for his food however he was short by just a couple of dollars and the cashier refused to accept anything less than the full amount. All the other people in the store ignored the situation but I grabbed my wallet and saw I had a $20 note left, and gave it to the man, telling him to keep the change.
