I am going to write about the last act of kindness I received, as I like this question from The Kindness Test BBC Radio 4. This morning, I came downstairs to eat my breakfast and my housemate handed me a Christmas card. She leads a very busy and stressful life, so the fact she took the time and effort to write me this card just meant the world. She has a very pure heart and I am very grateful for her kindness.
Here is a picture she took for me that she felt represented kindness. She likes how I look after the plants in our house and finds it very kind. I find this picture kind, because she is in it 🙂

I helped a friend s when she was having a panic attack because she was under a lot of pressure. I listened to her , reassured her that she was doing her best also and helped her get some of her tasks done .
