My next door neighbour gives me special gifts because she is my penpal.
A friend had just started a major renovation on their home when his wife was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Due to the renovation just starting the entire family were living in a large caravan so my friend needed to get at least one room and bathroom completed for his wife's comfort for the long road ahead. I donated my time and experience to help him with the most pressing task of sheeting the walls and ceilings so the rooms could be completed. We managed 4 rooms in the day and his wife was able to move back in shortly after. I have since helped and offered help with other parts of the renovation to make things easier for them all. Thankfully she is doing really well 🙂

I mowed my brothers lawn and bought him any his fiancé a coffee.
I own a lash and brow business and I will be asking my followers to nominate someone that they think should receive a complimentary set of lashes. Hopefully it makes them feel special and loved and beautiful over the silly season.
