As I was boarding a plane from Brisbane to Melbourne to visit my parents, I received the heartbreaking news that my father had passed away. The Qantas staff on the flight were amazing. They were so kind and caring. A shout out to Fraser in particular who gave me a genuine hug and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you.
