  1. I gave my dogs Ebon and Princess both a biscuit and also gave them both a pat.

  2. I was stopped at an intersection near the White Sox ballpark when a very tattered old man with a cane came up begging for change for a meal. I didn’t have money I started to say and he was off to another car and then to the other side, I proceeded to a parking space just past the streetlight. I had just come from the grocery store with bakery items. I took a blueberry muffin and was waving it towards the man to come over. I met him halfway and said ‘Here, I do have something for you to eat, He smiled and said thanks, I’ll put it in my pocket for later.’ His pants were very baggy so I know the muffin wouldn’t get squished

  3. I rang a company for some assistance and was not in a great frame of mind, I wasn’t rude but had a bit of an attitude when the information I was after wasn’t available. I cooled down and gave the same person a call back in 30mins to apologise for the attitude. She was touched, said she gets it a lot but not one has ever called to acknowledge it before.

Even when you haven’t initially be kind, you can repair with kindness!
