Sent a friend some flowers (from a local start up florist) as her mum passed away in England and sadly she couldn’t travel to be by her side.
Recently a family friend lost her husband suddenly. She has experience grief before with the loss of her father and brother both passing at a young age. However each grief is different. I recently discovered “Grief – a guided Journal” by Jo Betz and arranged to send it to my friend as a surprise gift.
My mum needed to wash the dog and unpack the dishwasher so I did them all for her.
Clean up the back sun room to my elderly parents house so they can sit and enjoy the sun and watch the birds
