I made an effort to email and then talk to a person whom I noticed copped a tough time in a meeting I attended yesterday. I wanted to check in to see how they were going, as well as provided them an opportunity to share their thought on what occurred…. They are not someone I have regular contact with and don’t know overly well, however, they did appreciated me reaching out to them.
