Donating to the homeless, picking up trash on the streets, giving someone a heartfelt compliment to make their day.
– Clapped a busker and gave him change
– Thanked the postman for his services and gave him water
– Picked up 10 pieces of rubbish
– Made people in cars smile
– Let someone go ahead of us in line
– Left motivational notes on people’s car windows
– Helped an old man to buy a parking ticket
– Payed a coffee in advance for someone else
– Left a beautiful review on the coffee place’s Google page
– Gave out food and water to random people
– Held the door open for a new student
– Gave a city tour to our new student and teammate Vinod
OUR HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY:
– Gave a homeless a compliment about his singing skills, he smiled back and showed his bank account with money for the month
– Actively listened to a veteran about his war stories and his mental health struggles with PTSD and the importance of self love. He was about to give up on his therapy, as he already had 22 psychologists, but we encouraged him not to give up on himself and keep seeking for help
– Made a woman smile at Woolworths with a poster that said “SMILE, You’re beautiful!”
