  1. Some friendly guys gave me a handshake and a kindness smile even we do not know each other

  2. I noticed an elderly woman struggling to carry her groceries while waiting for the bus. Without hesitation, I approached her and offered my help. She gladly accepted, visibly relieved by the assistance.
Together, we carefully packed her groceries into her bag, making sure everything was secure. As we walked towards the bus stop, I engaged in a warm conversation with her, making her feel heard and valued.
Upon reaching the bus stop, I ensured she had a seat and placed her groceries beside her. Before departing, I handed her a small bouquet of flowers I had purchased earlier, just to brighten her day.
Although it was a simple act of kindness, it meant the world to this woman. It’s these moments that remind us of the power of small gestures and the difference they can make in someone’s life.

  3. I cooked dinner for my friend because she was sick and didn’t have enough energy to cook for herself.

  4. I actually saw a little boy with his friends standing in front of a Pizza shop, his other 2 friends had pizza in their hands but he didn’t have any, I saw him asking passerbys if they can buy him pizza but got no one to, I moved to him and told him to go order for a pizza of his choice I will come and pay for him, he was surprised and went into the shop and ordered a £5 pizza, I payed for him and he apologized for spending my £5 even though all his friends Pizza cost only £2.99. I smiled and told him is nothing that he should go with his friends back home. I actually felt happy within myself. A course mate asked me “ I’m I kind because of my religion?” and I asked him, “didn’t we have kind people even before religion”? Being kind don’t cost you anything but self fulfilment Just be Kind.
