  1. I work at a supermarket on the registers. I was serving a customer, scanning her goods & asked how she was? She was having a very difficult day, she had found out her husband had cancer. So I stopped scanning the customers groceries, went round to her & gave her a big hug.

  2. I gave three ‘It’s in the bag’ donations for the Share the Dignity drive. I buy an extra product or two when I do my groceries, put them away and once a year pack them into bags to be given to people in need. It brings me a lot of joy to do this. It feels like a small amount of effort on my part.

  3. I helped my colleagues to explore a new CPD , complete it and get their certification.

  4. I bought my god-daughter an instant pot for her birthday. She was unsure of how to use it, so I bought some vegetables, and went to her house and showed her how to cook the vegetables into a soup in the instant pot. She lives alone and wants to learn how to meal prep so this is a step towards that for her.
