My friends and I pushed each other to work hard at the gym. This led to our friend, who was new to working out, lifting 100kg.
‘Heartfelt Gratitude ‘ to express appreciation to a neighbour for their love and support.
I gave my work friend Margaret a hug this morning when we were having a nice little conversation. These moments of connection really help me to feel happy to be at work and so I like to do that for others when I can.
Lost my bag when I finally found it, It was so good get it all back. So I gave the man who found it some money to o spend on he,s children because he would not accept any thing himself. It helped to make me aware that there are still good people around.thanks
I was carrying my toddler. And his backpack. And the birthday present on our way to the birthday party in the park. I was looking ahead to find the right group and took a tumble – rolling my ankle and scraping my other knee badly. My son showed the first kindness – offering to “Kiss it better Mama” Then many other parents showed me kindness: getting me ice for me ankle, running to their car and grabbing their first aid kit and applying bandaids, bringing me cake and drinks. watching my son in the playground, carrying him to the car and even offering to drive us home
