I caught up on a wheelchair-bound man, seeing how slowly he was going and seemingly struggling I offered to give a hand. I ended up helping him cross a busy road and left him at the bus stop where he was heading to catch a bus. I thought it wasn’t a big deal but he said I was God-sent. I could see how much it meant to him. Glad I could help.
Made meals for the week for my mother in laws while she was going through lots of medical testing.
It wasn’t me but my husband he wanted to show his appreciation for hard working paramedics and he paid for their coffee at our local coffee shop.
I took some paintings to my mum’s nursing home to brighten the place up for her. One of the beautiful staff members really liked a particular one that I’d painted so I gave it to her to take home for free…
