  1. I stoped by a restaurant to pick up take out for lunch, and there was a woman sitting outside asking for money. I asked her if she wanted something to eat and she asked for a small box of chow mein. I added that to my order and brought it outside to her. She was surprised and very grateful. I was glad I could afford to help. Everyone needs enourishment!

  2. I am able to obtain pastries for someone who runs an assisted living home for Developmentally challenged young adults. It’s a special treat that they can all enjoy. It’s much appreciated.

  3. As a family we purchased 2 large turkeys and a fifteen pound bag of potatoes to feed the homeless in our town. I purchased items a homeless woman had behind me in line at the dollar store. I also purchased toys for the giving tree for children of low income families. When we have enough, we need to share. God bless you all.

  4. I do a number of things daily that I hope brighten up their day. Sometimes a smile is all it takes and I have lots of those

  5. I’m a hairdresser and I cut hair for the homeless on my day off. I’ve been doing it for over five years now and it’s amazing the gift of human touch but I can give people. It’s more than just a haircut. It’s a way to make people look good and feel better about themselves and to let them know that they are not alone. I also do tons of clothing drive us throughout the year what’s my salon and barbershop.
Love what you guys are doing and love my boxes!
