My daughter’s college roommate lost her father, and then her mother moved to be closer to her own siblings shortly there after, leaving the girl with no immediate family within the State. We moved this girl into our home so she now has adopted family and home to go to during college breaks and on weekends if she wants too.
A homeless man sat next to me in church; dirty clothes & smelling dreadful. I drove him to get Burger King (inside) then to Goodwill. He chose & I bought him 2 sets of clean clothes. I drove him to a nearby AA meeting to hopefully connect with others who could help him and wished him well
