A mother and her young son were behind me in the checkout line. She looked tired and he was very taken by the chocolates, I bought him a small one and he used lovely manners to thank me. 🙂
This morning at Bunnings, an old lady was asking staff about mulch and I had a bag of it which I offered to her so she didn’t have to walk and grab one. I went back to get another for myself and then helped the lady to her car with her bag of mulch.
Our friends have a daughter who has a rare form of epilepsy called dravet syndrome. It’s life threatening. The week before Christmas she was diagnosed with leukaemia. The only known double case in the world she is one in 7.5billion. The family had just started a home Reno/ extension and Emmy can’t go back there because of the brick dust. So we are all chipping in. My role? I buy and make lunch and bring it round to the guys as they work on the house. And I walked the dogs. #giveabillionreasons4em
