Checking on colleagues that I knew were having a rough time. Inviting them out for coffee talking to them and encouraging them to get out and get involved in things.
Told a young cleaner at our local shopping Centre what a great job she does on a daily basis.
The couple who live opposite me are renovating their home and their trucks and cars have been struggling to find room. The council and neighbours have taken away all their options. I offered them my driveway where they can park three vehicles.
