I do a deep heartfelt hug for 1 minute to each family member .
I did something that made me feel good today …. I went to a pizzeria across the road from work with my friend they have $15 lunch two ladies sat nearby, I noted they said they’d only have tap water and just have the lunch special. So when I paid i also paid for them and told the cashier to wish them a merry Christmas. I’m still on a high ☺️
