I stayed up way too late having a long phone catch up with a friend in a different time zone who is having a hard time. One day of losing some sleep is worth making friends know you are there for them!
Giving our neighbour who is an older woman our contact information so she can call us if she ever needs anything (a fall or emergency was in mind but can be anything). We noticed an ambulance there the other night and wanted her to know that we are there for her even if it’s emotional support.
I have been going around my workplace to give thank you roses to my colleagues. Thanking them for their hard work and dedication. (We are frontlines workers) People have been taking them home and sending me pictures. I have attached one 😊
